Job Title: AI Enablement Analyst
Location: Agoura Hills, CA (Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday)
Compensation: $110,000 + Bonus Opportunity

About the Role:
The AI Enablement Analyst will accelerate Cydcor’s tactical AI initiatives by evaluating emerging tools, driving company-wide adoption, and partnering with cross-functional teams to embed AI into our business processes. This hands-on role bridges innovation and execution – identifying quick-win opportunities, empowering end-users, and ensuring measurable ROI from AI deployments. Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Tool Evaluation & Experimentation

• Identify and assess emerging AI/ML tools (e.g., LLMs, NLP services, low-code/no-code AI, automation platforms).
• Pilot and test selected AI applications within business units to deliver rapid, demonstrable improvements.

2. AI Adoption & Enablement

• Develop user-friendly guides, run interactive training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth AI uptake.
• Act as an AI evangelist – educating teams on practical use-cases and fostering a culture of experimentation.

3. Tactical AI Implementation

• Manage the integration and deployment of proven third-party AI solutions into existing workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with different teams (software development, BI etc.) to leverage existing infrastructure for rapid AI solution roll-out.

4. Business Alignment & Analysis:

• Partner with department leaders to pinpoint tactical AI opportunities that drive efficiency or revenue.
• Monitor, document, and report on implementation metrics and ROI; recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI strategy, data science, business intelligence, or related domain.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, automation techniques, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., LLMs, RPA platforms, NLP frameworks).
• Ability to assess vendors, build business cases, and deploy AI-driven solutions end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to AI applications in sales, marketing, or operational contexts.
• Demonstrated track record of driving user adoption and measuring tech ROI.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and data analytics platforms is a plus.

Working Conditions & Travel:

• Onsite presence required Monday–Thursday; remote work permitted Friday.
• Minimal travel for team meetings and occasional training events.
