About the Role:
We are seeking a self-starter AI Strategist who can not only develop a forward-thinking AI strategy but also roll up their sleeves and execute it. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is eager to drive innovation through AI-driven solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying AI opportunities, designing strategic roadmaps, and implementing AI-driven initiatives that enhance our operations, sales processes, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a doer—someone who can navigate high-level AI trends while also getting hands-on with implementation.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and drive the company’s AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across departments (sales, marketing, operations, customer experience).
• Assess emerging AI trends, tools, and competitors to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
Hands-On Execution:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions, from automation to predictive analytics.
• Evaluate, integrate, and deploy AI/ML tools and platforms that improve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure AI models are trained, tested, and deployed effectively.
• Monitor performance, optimize AI-driven processes, and ensure ethical and responsible AI practices.
Enablement & Adoption:
• Educate teams on how AI can enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure seamless AI adoption across departments.
• Serve as an internal AI evangelist, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and bring AI initiatives to life.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, automation, and machine learning principles.
• Business acumen and the ability to tie AI initiatives to tangible business value.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and driving projects forward.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate AI concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in AI strategy, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools (e.g., LLMs, RPA, NLP, predictive analytics).
• Ability to assess AI vendors, build business cases, and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or operational AI applications is a plus.
